This process has already begun and development on our two new build sites is up and running, along with some external works to buildings. You will see this continue to happen unless the national situation changes again, but we ask that you be a little patient with us as we work through this.
Very recently the Government published a letter for social housing residents, you can access this here. It explains the Government’s view of the measures that are in place to support social housing residents during the next phase towards reopening society and it supports our desire to re-start services that have had to be paused, and we will do this in the right way, with our customers’ needs and safety right at the heart of our decisions.
