From today (Monday 20 July), if our repairs service complete any works on your home, you may be asked by text message to take part in our quick Repairs Satisfaction Survey to let us know how we did.
If you are contacted, we will send you the following 5 questions:
Message 1:
This is a message from CBH. We’d like to ask you 5 questions about your recent repair experience. Q1/5 Are you happy with the way your repair request (order number) was handled? Please reply Yes, No or STOP
Message 2:
Q2 Overall satisfaction with the service you received from CBH? Please reply 1 for Good, 2 for Satisfactory or 3 for Poor.
Message 3:
Q3 Was the CBH officer polite and courteous? Please reply Yes or No.
Message 4:
Q4 Was the property left clean and tidy? Please reply Yes or No
Message 5:
Q5 Would you like someone from CBH to contact you? Please reply Yes or No.
This is an opportunity for us to find out your views on the repairs that were recently carried out as this will help us to better understand how happy you are with the service and where we can make improvements.
