We are continually monitoring how we provide services to our customers during the ongoing pandemic. The safety and security of you, your families and our colleagues is our number one priority.
Even though we are in a third Lockdown we are still able to continue to deliver the majority of our services in COVID-secure ways.
We will continue with:
- Essential gas and electric safety checks on your home
- Compliance work on your home, including fire safety work
- Emergency and urgent repairs
- Completing routine repairs that already have an appointment
- Homeseekerplus remains open for lettings to continue
- Completing work underway to kitchens and bathrooms
- Rent payments online or on 0800 408 0000, please call us if you are having issues paying your rent and we will work with you
- Supporting people facing homelessness
- Support for individual customers through welfare telephone calls
- Continue to support sheltered scheme tenants through telephone and face to face contact
- Carrying out cyclical maintenance and planned work through our contractors, delivered in a COVID secure manner
- Estate cleaning outside and inside where this is safe, and fly tipping collections
- Supply of new homes: our development schemes will continue in a COVID secure way
- Our offices and receptions remain closed to all visitors, we will not be opening our community hubs or running face-to-face events
- Routine and Planned jobs that have started will be finished but no new jobs will be raised until lockdown restrictions are eased
- Work to kitchens and bathrooms not already booked in will wait temporarily, again until lockdown restrictions ease
