Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) has been branded a very good place to work after demonstrating its commitment to colleagues and to workplace engagement over the past year.
Today, CBH has claimed a position on the Best Companies 25 best housing associations list and has moved from one to watch to achieving one star – meaning CBH has very good levels of workplace engagement and genuinely values its people.
Steve Slater, CEO, Cheltenham Borough Homes said: “I am extremely proud of colleagues who, after a tough year, have been key to us achieving one star status from one to watch. We work hard to ensure CBH is an organisation where colleagues and customers have a great quality of life and we are committed to making organisational improvements to further support this.
“At its heart CBH has a tradition of putting people first, treating them well, and making a positive difference to their lives, it is crucial for me that we continue to inspire our colleagues and support them to go beyond what is expected and deliver what can be imagined.”
The outcome of the annual Best Companies survey is just one of the ways CBH is helping colleagues to feel more motivated, create greater collaboration and attract and retain the best talent.
The one star accolade showcases that CBH understands the importance of workplace engagement and genuinely values its people. A full list of all achieving best companies accreditation can be found at: b.co.uk
