The Regulator of Social Housing wants to know tenants' thoughts on their proposals for the future of regulating social housing providers (like CBH). The Regulator has set up a survey and is inviting tenants of social housing, and others too, to participate so they can take account of everyone's views when finalising the proposals.
This is a great opportunity for you to share your thoughts on the things that matter to you as a social housing tenant and help to shape government policies that relate to the quality of services you receive, the home you live in, and satisfaction with your landlord.
The survey relates to a set of proposed tenant satisfaction measures that all social housing providers must provide information on to both the Regulator and to tenants. These measures will be used by the Regulator as one of several tools to assess ongoing levels of performance and enable them to take a proportionate, risk based approach to regulation.
We'd really like you to share your input on the proposed tenant satisfaction measures but before you do it's important you read the consultation summary (easy to read version) This will help give you a better idea of the type of questions that will be asked and what they mean, examples include:
