We’ve had reports of customers being contacted via telephone, text message and in some circumstances face to face by people offering help to get any outstanding repairs done.
This is a scam so please don’t engage with them. If you’re unsure whether a phone call or text is legitimate, let us know and we’ll look into this for you. You won’t be wasting our time as we want to help you and make sure you and your family are safe. By checking this with us you could be protecting yourself from any potential hassle in the long run.
As a reminder, if you have any face to face contact with someone posting as a representative from Cheltenham Borough Homes and Cheltenham Borough Council, our colleagues always carry photo identification. You should always ask to see this to verify their identity.
Reporting a repair is easy and you can come direct to us via cbh.org, your online portal at portal.cbh.org, your housing support officer (if you live in a sheltered scheme) repairs@cbh.org or by calling 0800 408 0000
Once you have contacted us we will prioritise your repair and you will be offered an appointment to suit you, either morning or afternoon.
