With the situation around the spread of COVID-19, or Coronavirus, continuing to develop Cheltenham Borough Homes (CBH) is working closely with partners to carry on delivering our vital services while ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our customers and our colleagues.
To allow us to do this, we are making some changes to what we provide:- From 8am 19th March 2020 we will only be carrying out emergency repairs, statutory checks such as smoke alarms and external repairs to your homes. No routine repair jobs will be accepted during this time and all pre-booked jobs will be cancelled.
- We have cancelled all public events for the time being, and postponed our annual tenant and leaseholder awards until September.
- There will be no face to face meetings with our Benefit and Money Advice service, however support will be available over the phone
- From 5pm 20th March 2020 we will be closing our cash halls and reception areas. We will still be providing services on the phone and you can pay your rent either online or by calling us on 0800 408 0000
We are grateful for your understanding and will return to normal as soon as possible. We will regularly update you via social media, our website and our text messaging service.
