If you’re looking for extra storage space we manage 51 garage sites around Cheltenham, which can be used at your own risk, to store a small to medium car or your items.

Garage rent

Pay monthly by direct debit

2024/25 prices:

  • £39.32 for CBH customers and leaseholders
  • £48.50 (inclusive of VAT) for private residents

Deposit of £40 required which will be returned at the end of your tenancy, unless rent or repair charges are due from you.

We know how important your belongings are, so it is important you take out your own insurance to cover the items you store from theft or water damage*.

 

*Please note garages are not guaranteed to be water tight and there may be a waiting list to secure one.
